     Tommy Mixon Boothe age 75, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama passed away peacefully Sunday, May 12, 2024 at his home. Funeral services will be held at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 beginning at 11:00 AM with Rev. Olan Strickland officiating. Burial will follow in the Danley’s Cross Roads Cemetery under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 15th, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
     Mr. Boothe leaves behind his wife, Ann McCart Boothe, son, Ashley Boothe, daughter-in-law, Stephanie Boothe, grandson, Thomas (Allison) Boothe, granddaughter, Ann-Margaret Boothe, along with his brother, Drexel Boothe, and sister-in-law, Kelly Boothe, all of Fairhope, Alabama.
     He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby and Malcolm Boothe.
