Tracie Lynn Cook of Ozark, Alabama passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016 at her residence.  She was 46.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel in Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home with Rev. Freddie McCain officiating.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the funeral home.  Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home is directing.
