Tristen James Brown, of Dothan, passed away, Tuesday November 20, 2018 in Pensacola, FL. He was 27.

Graveside services will be held 1 pm Wednesday, December 5, 2018 in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the funeral home.

James (Tristen) Brown, born April 9, 1991 in Melbourne, FL, passed unexpectedly on November 20, 2018. Although a Florida native, Alabama was his home. He attended both local high schools, but ultimately acquired his education elsewhere. Tristen, as he was known by family and friends, was quiet, caring and intelligent and possessed a wonderful sense of humor. He loved most sports but was a faithful Florida Gator fan. Although here for a short time, he will truly be missed, but never forgotten.

Tristen is survived by his parents James Edward Brown and Ethelda Jevelyn Clarke; his brothers and sisters, Stephen Barber, Jaheem Brown, Downe Barber and Yazmine Brown; and nephew and nieces, Ze’chariah , Nialya, and Nyarai . He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and a host of cousins and friends.
