Troy Criner, a resident of Gordon, passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at a local hospital. He was 17.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Dothan Vineyard Church with Rev. Lyle Peluso officiating.

Troy was born in West Virginia on February 1, 1997 and lived there the early years of his life. He resided in Dothan since 2010 and has lived in Gordon for the past 10 months. Troy was a sophomore at Ashford High School and a member of Dothan Vineyard Church.

Survivors include his mother and his step-father, Teresa Lyne Criner and Scott Worthy; his sister, Karissa Marcella Kaba; and a host of friends.
