Victor Harrell Howell of Level Plains passed away, Monday, January 28, 2013 at his home.  He was 48.

          There are no services scheduled at this time.

          Survivors include his son, Anthony S. Howell, Baltimore, MD; mother and step-father, Miriam Hettleman (Stuart) Cape Coral, FL; father and step-mother, Harrell Howell (Evelyn) Enterprise, AL; half brothers, Daniel Howell; Tom Hettleman; Michael Hettleman; half sister, Kathy Hettleman Brucker.
