Mrs. Viola Mae Phillips White, age 83, of Dothan passed away Friday, April 17, 2015.
Born February 24, 1932 in Gadsden, AL to the late James C. and Grace Foreman Phillips, Mrs. White was a member of First Baptist Church of Dothan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Lee White and her brother, James White, Jr. and her faithful Yorkie companion, Katie.
Survivors include her sisters-in-law, Nell Duke, Brenda (Don) Ball, and Sue Watkins; her brothers-in-law, James (Carol) White, Ray (Peggy) White, and Carl (Shirley) White; a cousin, Sheila Barton Erwin; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Dr. Johnny Fain officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Covenant Hospice.
