Walter W. Hammock, of Newton, Alabama, passed away on April 17, 2018 at Medical Center Enterprise.

 

Graveside funeral services will be Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.

 

Walter was born October 10, 1943, in Tampa, Florida.  He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ida Haddon and Wylie B. Hammock; and one sister, Diane.

 

Survivors include: his wife, Vivian Hammock of Wicksburg, AL; daughter, Carol Brite (Vernon) of Zephyrhills, FL; son, Earl Hammock (Kim) of Zephyrhills, FL; two sisters: Brenda Archer of Tampa, FL, and Susan Perdomo (Rodney) of Lutz, FL; three grandchildren: Danielle, Amber, and Austin; several nieces and nephews.
