Willard Rex DeShazo of Bonifay, FL. passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in Bonifay Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was 78.

 

Graveside services will be held at 3pm Friday, April 22, 2016 at Hurricane  United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dicky McAllister officiating and Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home of Hartford directing.

 

Survivors include one niece, Terri (Sam) Alexander of Newnan, GA.; one nephew, Michael Vann (Terri Zann) Jenkins of DeFuniak Springs, FL.; one great-niece, Emily Keegans West of Huntsville; two great-nephews, Jared Michael Jenkins of DeFuniak Springs, FL., and Bradley Kyle Jenkins of DeFuniak Springs, FL.
