William Angelo Cloud, age 74, of Cottonwood passed away Friday, June 24, 2016.


 


Angelo was born December 30, 1941 in Decatur County to the late Roddie and Ruby Ward Cloud. He was a member of Hodgesville Baptist Church and enjoyed cattle farming, fishing, spending time with his family, and church activities. He worked at Georgia Pacific for 32 years; he was a mason, 33rd degree Shriner, and an active deacon at his church.


 


In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his two brothers and one sister.


 


Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Betty M. Cloud of Dothan; his daughters, Tammy Lundy (Eddie) of Dothan, Rhonda Harrison (Dewayne) of Dothan; sister, Mildred Ezell (Avin) of Thomasville, GA; grandchildren, Kerri, Logan, and Anna-Brooke Hall (Bart); his great-grandchildren, Dereck, Lily; and many relatives and friends.


 


Funeral services will be held at 3 PM, Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Hodgesville Baptist Church with burial following in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 PM until service time.


 


In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Hodgesville Baptist Church Building Fund, 11190 S. Co. Rd. 33, Dothan, AL. 36301.
