William David Hilyer, 66 years old, passed away peacefully in his sleep after a long illness on Wed Dec 1.  He was a resident of Tucson, Arizona (former resident of Ashford, AL).  David was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend and will be dearly missed.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill Hilyer, Sr. and Hazel Elmore Hilyer.  He is survived by his siblings:  Deborah Hilyer Woodfin (Milton): Bill Hilyer, Jr. (Darlene); Pam Rotshtein as well as nieces and nephews: Kasey Hope, Zac Woodfin, Cameron Hilyer, Ashley Hilyer, Batia Rotshtein.  A Celebration of Life will be planned by his family.
