Ms. Willie Mae Mock of Coffee Springs AL departed her loving family on November 5, 2022. She was 90.

 

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Marvin Chapel Assembly of God Church 1011 County Road 625, Coffee Springs, AL 36318. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service.

Ms. Mock was born in Coffee County AL on February 12, 1932 to Ada Bell McIntosh Heath and James Arion Heath.

Ms. Mock was the mother to Shirley and Mike. She raised her children with love and devotion in Clearwater, FL and in Coffee Springs, AL, along with her husband of 63 years, Lincoln.

As an occupation, she worked in several factories and as a farmer’s wife. She also served many years as a Sunday School teacher at Marvin Chapel Assembly of God Church.  She was a caregiver for her parents, as well as her mother-in-law.

Ms. Mock is survived by her daughter, Shirley Ann Mock Bowdoin (Bob), grandson, Jim Wade Bowdoin (Pamela), granddaughter, Wendy Denise Bowdoin Massey (Brian), grandson, Michael Guy Mock (Felisha), grandson, John Lincoln Mock, 10 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren and one brother, Ewell Heath “Jack”.

Along with her parents and husband, she is also preceded in death by her son, Mike Mock, her brothers, B.J. Heath, Horace Heath, Cliff Heath, Dan Heath and her sister and best friend, Essie Mae Heath Mock.

The family would like to give special thanks to two wonderful friends, Amy Parrish and Angie Bell and the wonderful team of angels from Gentiva (Kindred) Hospice for all the love, support and help. Thank you and we love you all.
