DOTHAN…Mrs. Karla Hyde Toben, a resident of Dothan, died early Thursday morning, November 6, 2025, at her home. She was 71.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 13, 2025, in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Father Chris Boutin officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Surviving relatives include her husband of fifty-two years, Bill Toben, Ozark; two sons, Cullen Toben (Annie), Portland, Oregon and Kelley Toben, Dothan; her siblings, Jack Hyde (Janice), San Angelo, Texas, Paula Kahn (Rich), Tampa, Florida, Karen Reid (James), Grand Bay, Alabama, Chris Hyde (Tammy), Ozark, and Kathy Wolfe (Dave), Panama City, Florida; three grandchildren, AlleyKate Marie Toben, Charlee Olivia Toben, Abby Marie Toben, and one granddaughter on the way; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Cullen Toben, Kelley Toben, Chris Hyde, Jared Kahn, D.J. Hyde, and J.C. Hyde,
