ENTERPRISE…Mr. Kameron Peters, a resident of Enterprise, died early Saturday morning, September 5, 2026, at his home. He was 45.
Graveside services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 8, 2026, in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Jim Peters officiating. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 3:30 until 4:00 P.M. Tuesday in the church sanctuary.

Kameron, son of the late Fred K. Peters and Tani Suzanne Olive Spears, was a native of Ozark and a man who touched the lives of many through his kind heart, gentle spirit, and genuine love for family and friends. He graduated from Ariton High School in 1999 and later pursued his passion for working with vehicles by attending Wallace Community College, where he earned a degree in Automotive Repair. Throughout his life, he took pride in his work and was dedicated to helping others. At the time of his passing, he was employed as an Assistant Manager with O’Reilly Auto Parts in Enterprise, where he was respected and appreciated by both coworkers and customers alike.
Kameron had a deep love for life’s simple pleasures and the things that brought people together. He was a devoted University of Alabama football fan who rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on the Crimson Tide. Whether watching the game with family and friends or discussing the latest season, his enthusiasm for Alabama football was something everyone around him knew well.
He also enjoyed spending his free time exploring flea markets, thrift stores, and hidden treasures he might stumble across along the way. He loved the excitement of finding something unique and sharing his discoveries with others. His hobbies reflected his creative nature and appreciation for the little things that made life enjoyable. In his spare time, Kameron enjoyed expressing his artistic talents as a caricature artist, a gift that brought smiles and laughter to many people over the years. He found joy in capturing the personalities of others through his artwork and took pride in sharing that talent with those around him. He also enjoyed playing the guitar, often finding comfort and happiness in music. Whether drawing, playing a favorite tune, or spending time with his loved ones, Kameron embraced the things that made him happiest and shared those passions with the people he cared about most.
Above all else, Kameron was a loving father whose greatest joy came from his children. They were truly the center of his world, and there was nothing more important to him than spending time with them. Whether it was sharing a laugh, creating memories together, or simply being present in their lives, he cherished every moment. The love he had for his children was unconditional, and they brought him immeasurable happiness and pride. His family will forever remember the devotion he showed as a father and the special bond he shared with each of them.
Those who knew Kameron will remember him for his calm, easygoing personality and his pleasant demeanor. He had a way of making others feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued. He was never one to seek attention, yet his quiet kindness and genuine nature left a lasting impression on everyone he met. His gentle spirit, warm smile, and caring heart will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Surviving relatives include his children, Sarabeth Peters and Brody Peters; stepfather, Mike Spears (Lisa), Eupora, Mississippi; siblings, Emmie Carter (Jarrett), Headland, Shannon Bogue (David), Haleburg, and Denise Hart, Spring Lake, North Carolina; aunts, Nell Olive, Ozark and Sunni Jacobs (Johnny), Ariton; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
