COTTONWOOD. . .Patsy Denise Littlefield, a resident of Madrid, passed away Saturday morning, August 23, 2025, at her home. She was 73.
There are no memorial or funeral services planned at this time. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
Patsy Littlefield was born in Blakely, Georgia, daughter of the late John Everett Littlefield and Mary Magalene Herring Littlefield. She lived in the Dothan and Wicksburg area and Enterprise before moving to Madrid two years ago. Patsy was formerly employed as a caregiver. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Roscoe Littlefield, March Littlefield and John Littlefield.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Rex Lane Kilpatrick, and a son, Rex Lane Littlefield, both of Madrid; two other sons and three daughters; a sister, Annie Cherry, Blakely, GA; two brothers, Grady Littlefield (Carolyn), Hardaway, FL; and Roy Littlefield (Joy), Haleburg, AL; several grandchildren.
