Reverend Senn was born April 20, 1938 in Ewell, Alabama to the late George Washington Senn and Foy Mobley Senn. His humble spirit and love for God touched the lives of all that knew him.  His life was a testament to his unwavering faith.  Whether you knew Pastor Carroll as a church member, neighbor, at the grocery store, or just throughout the community – in every interaction, no matter how small, he met each individual with a genuine and captivating smile.  Reverend Senn was an avid mandolinist. God truly placed an exceptional talent on him to play. He spent hours perfecting his ability. He and his family traveled for seventeen years evangelizing and singing for the Lord.  Reverend became a Pastor in 1955.  His life and ministry was characterized by his deep faith in Christ, his kind-hearted spirit and selfless dedication to the Lord and his people.  He pastored twelve churches throughout the years; where he made a profound impact on lives and a lasting legacy of compassion and service that will be felt for generations still to come.

He is remembered in love by his wife of nearly 69 years, Beverly Senn; children, Reverend Steve Senn (MaryAnn) and Reverend Michael Senn (Sheryl); grandchildren, Matthew Senn (Carole), Micah Senn (Riley), and Anna Dixon (Joshua); great grandchildren, MaKayla Dixon and Eleanor Senn; sister, Eathel Jordan (Windsor). A host of nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends also survive.   He was preceded in death by his parents, G. W. and Foy Senn; grandfather and grandmother Senn and grandfather and grandmother Mobley.

Although Carroll’s physical presence may no longer grace our lives, his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us.  May his memory be a blessing and may we carry forth his legacy of love and compassion in all that we do.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made in his memory to Midway Assembly of God Church, P. O. Box 608, Midland City, Alabama  36350.
