Mr. Robert V. Brackin of Cottonwood passed away Sunday, February 15, 2026, at the age of 88.
Graveside services will be held at 10 A.M. Monday, February 23, 2026, at Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Chaplain Darryl Bates officiating and Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.
Robert was born November 3, 1937, and started a life as a young farmer. He worked as a electrician for 60 years and retired as an electric maintenance for Whitehead Milling.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Brackin.
Robert is survived by his son, Wayne Brackin, and grandchildren, Nocona (Josh), Mickey, Dakota, Dillon, great-grandson, Brixton all of Cottonwood, sisters, Dorothy Whitten, Janice Mills, brothers, Arthur, Dan, Charles Ray, and Billy Brackin.
Serving as pallbearers will be Arthur Brackin, Charles Ray Brackin, Dan Brackin, Steve Whitten, Mickey Marshall, Dakota Brackin, Dillon Brackin, and Josh McClendon.
