Sabrena Lynn Kervin of Samson, AL, passed away at her home on Sunday, August 9, 2026. She was 57 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2026, in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva, AL, with Rev. Issac Kervin officiating.

Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Butler County, AL, with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva, AL, directing.

Lynn was born in Montgomery, AL, on January 7, 1969, to Rufus Edward and Annette Ausley Kervin. She was an avid animal lover, especially cats. She also loved country music and was a huge fan of Dolly Parton.

Lynn participated in various Special Olympics events throughout Alabama and Georgia. She was especially known for her softball throw and sprints competitions in the Special Olympics.

She is survived by her loving parents, Rufus and Annette Kervin of Samson, AL; one brother, Clinton M. Kervin (Laura W.) of Woodstock, GA; one nephew, Brian M. Kervin of Woodstock, GA; and a number of special aunts, uncles, and cousins.
