Samuel Mark Jernigan

Samuel Mark Jernigan, a resident of Eufaula, Alabama, passed away Friday, September 5, 2025, at his residence, He was 66 years old.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Glover Funeral Home with Rev. Stephen Doss officiating and Glover Funeral Home directing. Flowers will be accepted.

Mark was born on August 10, 1959, in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Lynwood Franklin and Fannie Merle Johnston Jernigan. He worked for TNS Mills, Blue Springs State Park, and Eufaula TV and Radio. In his spare time, he enjoyed collecting coins and working in the television and radio industry.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Kenneth Jernigan.

Survivors include his daughter, Jessica Duey; three brothers, Kevin Jernigan, Brian Jernigan, and Jimmy Jernigan; three grandchildren, Malaki Jones, Blake Thorne, and Peyton Thorne.

Glover Funeral Home of Eufaula was entrusted with the arrangements.
