Cottonwood youth T-ball, ba seball, and Softball registration

The Cottonwood Athletic Club will be holding its registration for T-ball, ba seball, and Softball on 01/08/2013 at 10:00 A.M. and on 02/04/2013 at 6:00 P.M. at the ba seball complex located on D. Hodge RD. Please bring a copy of your childs birth certificate and proof of insurance. If you have any questions please call 334-685-2392 or visit us on our Face book page.
