Enterprise High School to host Cross Country meet at BamaJam Farms

Enterprise High School’s boy’s and girl’s Cross Country teams will be back in action Thursday as they host its first and only Cross Country meet of the season at BamaJam Farms. The meet is expected to get under way at about 4:45 p.m.About 50 athletes from Northview, Dothan, Charles Henderson and Providence Christian High Schools will compete along with Enterprise. The first and second place boy and girl and top 10 times will be recognized at an award’s ceremony at the completion of the run.Assistant Cross Country coach Terry Todd said she is excited about offering the athletes a true Cross Country experience at BamaJam Farms. “It is going to be exciting for them to have the opportunity to run in this kind of environment,” she said. “We want to work with BamaJam Farms and establish a regional or state Cross Country meet here. It is the perfect location.”The public is invited to come and support the teams. There is no charge for admission or parking.
