Headland defeats Crenshaw County in State Tournament

Headland Dixie Youth Majors defeated Crenshaw County to advance to the Championship game on Thursday. Chase Wilkerson hit a walk off 3 run homer with 2 outs in the bottom of the 8th inning. Wilkerson had three hits in the game along with two hits each by Cason McCoy, Zach Kenan, Conner German, Dylan McKnight and Ryan Rose while Dante Reaves added a single. Chase Wilkerson was the winning pitcher in relief of Ryan Rose who pitched 6 full innings.
