Had to leave in a hurry because Cottonwood Rescue and Cottonwood Volunteer Fire was dispatched to three locations on motor vehicle accidents and a medical emergency within 5 minutes of each other.

Cottonwood Police was also dispatched, Houston County Sheriff Deputies and ALEA – Troopers.

The three wrecks turned out to be only one accident on Hickory Grove Road and Rocky Creek Road. So there was only one wreck, involving an ATV. The injuries were not life threatening.

The medical call, a Paramedic Stacy McCardle left his home and responded to Cottonwood Rescue and got an ambulance. Lovetown Volunteer Fireman Kevin Dixon and Rickey Stokes rolled to assist on medical emergency on Billy Fowler Road. Cottonwood Rescue was stretched.

The person was transported by Cottonwood Rescue.

ALEA – Troopers were cancelled because the accident was in Cottonwood Police jurisdiction.

Brief few intense moments when all call hitting at once. It all takes a team to make it happen. Emergencies make no appointments.
