MIDLAND CITY. . .Tina Bowman Strickland, a resident of Midland City, passed away Sunday afternoon, February 22, 2026, in a Dothan hospital. She was 52.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 25, 2025, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel with Brother Cody Chandler officiating. Burial will follow in the Midland City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the mortuary in Headland.

Tina Strickland was born and raised in Midland City where she lived most of her adult lifetime. She attended Dale County High School. Tina was preceded in death by her mother, Nina Sue Chandler Bowman.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Mark Anthony Strickland; a daughter, Kayla Nicole Bowman, her father, Levy Gerald Bowman, three brothers, Terry Bowman, Joseph Bowman and Adam Bowman, all of Midland City; a niece and a nephew; a special friend, Amanda Duncan, Daleville, AL.
