DALE COUNTY: 09:58 A call into Ozark – Dale County 911 of a domestic in progress in the 100 block of Beaver Run Circle. While in Dale County shows Headland probably because of the postal system.
Reports are 22 year old brother kicked in the door and the person reporting shot at the suspect. Unknown if the person reporting struck the subject.
Multiple Dale County Sheriff Deputies to include Dale County Sheriff Mason Bynum is on the scene and attempting to locate the suspect. Sheriff Bynum has requested Houston County Sheriff K-9. The WASP ( Wiregrass Aviation Support Program ) aircraft is in the air.

Dale County Sheriff Mason Bynum and the men and women of the Dale County Sheriff Department has returned to service from the call on Beaver Creek Circle. This road runs on Dale County 79 which runs off Highway 134 between Dothan Airport and Henry/Dale County line.
The suspect was not located. All units have returned to service. A Dale County Sheriff Criminal Investigator is conducting an investigation.
There is no apparent immediate danger for residents. It appears domestic releated.
