William Tobias Brinkley Jr., a cherished father, grandfather, and brother, passed away at his residence on February 4, 2025, at the age of 72. Born on August 22, 1952, in Bluefield, West Virginia, William was known for his kind heart and handy skills.

William retired after 25 dedicated years as a truck driver from Pollo Pallet in Maryland. His mechanical inclination and passion for drag racing were well-known among his friends and family. William’s legacy of kindness and his knack for fixing anything will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.

He was predeceased by his parents, William Brinkley Jr. and Flossie Murdock Brinkley, his sister Brenda Rhodes, and his granddaughter Arianna Nicole Brinkley. William’s memory will be lovingly carried on by his daughters, Mary Binkley, Brandy Brinkley Karpov (Andre)  and Dawn Anders; numerous grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren Alex Cox and Charlie Buerklin.

William’s life was a testament to the love and care he extended to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by many.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date in Maryland.
