NEWVILLE: On Tuesday evening at Ravenwood in Newville there were perhaps some of the most powerful people across the State of Alabama who came together for the re-election announcement of Republican Incumbent Rick Rehm, member of the Alabama House of Representatives.
But with all of the powerful people together, there were two young people who outshined all of them. And those two were Headland High School students Aleah Sanders and Luke Lawson. ( Hope spelled their names correctly ).
These two young people spoke and gave an overwhelming endorsement of Rick Rehm in his re-election bid for the Alabama House of Representatives.
These two students have studied politics and campaigns. They have been involved in campaigns since before they could drive. Their parents drove them around to events before they were 16.
These two students, who represented students from all over, in particular Headland High School, were an inspritation to everyone of our future in young people.
I had never met these two young people until Tuesday evening. I know they made their parents and school happy with their represention and presentattion.
NEWVILLE: On Tuesday evening Johnny Lee, Chairman of the Henry County Farmer’s Federation and with ALFA Insurance spoke in Newville at Ravenwood at the announcement of Republican Incumbent Rick Rehm for the Alabama House of Representatives.
Johnny Lee wore several hats in his endorsement of Rick Rehm.
NEWVILLE: You often hear of the “local legislative delegation” when public servants speak of the Alabama Legislature.
There are 105 members of the Alabama House of Representatives and 35 members of the Alabama Senate. Alabama State Senators Donnie Chesteen and Alabama State Senator Billy Beasley and the local legislative delegation from the Alabama Senate. Alabama House of Representatives Paul Lee, Steve Clouse, Jeff Sorrells and Rick Rehm are the local legislative delegation from the Alabama House of Representatives.
On Tuesday fellow Alabama House of Representative Members Paul Lee, Steve Clouse and Jeff Sorrells traveled to Newville and Ravenwood and supported and endorsed Republican Incumbent Rick Rehm to the Alabama House of Representatives.
NEWVILLE: The majority leader of the Alabama House of Representatives, Scott Stadthagan, traveled to Newville Alabama at Ravenwood to specifically support and endorse Rick Rehm.
Rick Rehm is the Republican Incumber to Disrict 85 of the Alabama House of Representatives.
In a packed house Representative Stadthagan spoke of how they have a tremendous working releationship with Representative Rick Rehm and how hard he works for District 85.
NEWVILLE: Alabama Speaker of the House, Nathaniel Ledbetter, traveled all the way to Newville to speak at the re-election announcement of District 85 Incumbent Rick Rehm.
The Alabama Legislature is made up of 105 members of the Alabama House of Representatives and 35 members of the Alabama Senate.
Alabama State Representative Nathaniel Ledbetter is Speaker of the House which is in charge of all 105 members of the Alabama House. He handles the meetings and assignments to committees.
Speaker Nathaniel Ledbetter traveled specifically to Ravenwood in Newville to personally endorse Rick Rehm for re-election to the Alabama House of Representatives.
