Diane Penelope “Penny” Rhodes, a resident of Webb, Alabama died Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Southeast Health Medical Center. She was 82.
Funeral services for Penny will be held at 11 AM Monday, January 19, 2026 at St. Columba Catholic Church with Pastor James Dane officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until service time at the church. Burial will follow at Memory Hill cemetery.
Penny was born November 9, 1943 in Lafayette, Indiana to the late Donald Erving and Inez Rose Suttle Williams. She grew up in Indiana and after her marriage moved to Missouri. She moved to the Wiregrass area about 20 years ago. Penny was a devoted member at St. Columba Catholic Church.
Penny is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Daniel Rhodes and a brother, Mike Williams.
Survivors include her two daughters, Natalie Ware (Kent), Tina Beaulieu (David); two sons, Alan Rhodes, Todd Rhodes; grandchildren Coty Ware (Kayla), Courtney Mendez (Marcus), Alexandria Matthews (Bryan), Devin Beaulieu; great grandchildren, Kendall and Clayton Ware and McKentlee and Easton Mendez; a sister in law, Judy Williams.
