So now, this STUPID DRIVER has probably got himself or herself a felony for Eluding Police Officer, a speeding ticket for 60 miles per hour, running a red light at Park and Selma, running a stop sign at Deborah and Park, and speeding on North Park. The driver could possibly be charged with reckless endangerment for the traffic light and stop signs because he/she created a substantial risk of serious physical injury or death in running the red light and stop signs. Possibly have running a stop sign at Edgewood and Fortner, and Edgewood and Park. And this person has a wrecker bill because the vehicle was towed.
Perhaps if he/she stopped they would have been given a warning or one ticket. Being stupid, oh well.
CHASE ENDED, no one injured and driver in custody.
