9:11 PM Was Charlie Kirk’s Life and Service The Beginning Of A Revival

9:11 PM Was Charlie Kirk’s Life and Service The Beginning Of A Revival

Today as I listened and watched the service honoring Charlie Kirk, it reminded me of a prayer constantly made by a man I respected.

Kenny Givens, former Hodgesville Volunteer Fire Chief, former President of Houston County Fire Chief Association, in the insurance business, and teacher of one of the larger Sunday School classes at Memphis Baptist Church. In his later years Kenny suffered a stroke which affected his speech and mobility but was always say YAH YAH YAH. He passed away January 21, 2021.

But Kenny prayed earnestly for revival.

No matter your political beliefs or thoughts, today, the service honoring Charlie Kirk was a huge revival of people from all walks of life coming together with one main theme. Charlie Kirk’s life was built around restoring America’s Biblical Foundation. A revival of Christian values in American politics. A life pointed to Jesus Christ.

Speaker after speaker talked about Charlie Kirk’s vision, a great revival of faith, freedom coalition, a revival of faith and patriotism.

That Charlie Kirk would lay down his microphone in a debate to show he was there to listen to what the person had to say, and when finished, would pick his microphone back up and debate the issue. Always with respect.

When his wife,Erika, spoke, she forgave the man who took her husband, the father of her two kids, life. What a testimony to her faith. Now forgiveness for his actions does not equal no penalty for his sin. Just that she forgives him for his actions.

United States President Donald Trump said that Charlie Kirk will live forever as America’s greatest patriot and has now been reunited with his creator.

A true uplifting service with a invitation at the beginning. About the salvation through Jesus Christ.

On a much larger scale then Kenny Givens prayed for, and tragically through sad circumstances, this could be the beginning of a national revival.

While Charlie Kirk was a good and faithful servant, what I got was … Charlie Kirk was God’s vessel but Charlie Kirk never wanted to forget of lose sight of the main focus …

JESUS CHRIST WHO LIVES ON THIS EARTH, WALKED ON THIS EARTH, AND WAS CRUCIFIED ON A CROSS FOR OUR SINS. And that everlasting life was not by works, but by belief in the one and true living GOD.
